Are you a Commercial Lawyer with in-house Retail experience?

Would you like to work for a globally recognised brand?

This global retail brand is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their fast-moving Legal team. With 4+ years' post qualified experience, you will have a sound understanding of all areas of law required in-house.

As Legal Counsel, you will:

  • Provide expert and pragmatic advice and support on all legal issues across the business;
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers and business customers;
  • Manage disputes and litigation;
  • Proactively identify relevant new areas of legislation and arising risk areas and work with the business to develop solutions;
  • Support and advise on tender processes.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 4+ years' PQE;
  • Have proven experience working in a fast moving in-house legal environment, ideally within the Retail sector;
  • Have a strong understanding of Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Property, and Regulatory law.
