Private Client Lawyer
Owing to the continuing volume of high quality work, an opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer has arisen in the Private Client Department of a well established law firm.
With offices in the UK and abroad this firm is extremely well respected and has an enviable reputation for achieving successful outcomes for their clients.
You will need to be able to work confidently with minimal supervision and be able to produce documents and correspondence through use of a case management system.
The role involves handling a caseload comprising of the full range of Private Client law matters including Private Client work including Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Non-Contentious Probate and Estate Planning. You will also be assisting on other matters affecting HNW client such as trusts, foreign aspects etc.
In addition to fee earning you must demonstrate a willingness to be actively involved in business development and marketing opportunities.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 yrs PQE.
Salary is competitive and in line with level of experience £40,000 - £55,000
