Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded team at an award-winning law firm in Manchester.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be a Solicitor 2-6 years’ PQE* with experience acting on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts. You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity. There may also be the opportunity to go on secondment, provide training to clients and supervise more junior members of the team.

The firm itself is a top 100 law firm with an outstanding national presence. It has seen consistent growth in its healthcare team in recent years with clients including the NHSR and other private healthcare providers.
