Private Client Partner - Gloucestershire – 8 years+ - Due to the continued success within the private client team, this leading regional law firm have identified the need to appoint a driven and motivated individual to be Head of Private client matters to manage their own caseload of files and lead and develop the department towards the next stage of strategic growth. LOCATION: Gloucestershire (Commutable from: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Witney, Tewksbury, Stroud, Oxford)
SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
This is a great role for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to really get their teeth stuck into. Working within a highly regarded team of private client lawyers the appointed Head of Private Client will be advising on all elements of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts Tax, Probate as well as complex Inheritance Matters. As well as undertaking your own caseload you will also be expected to play an integral role in business development and networking activities to enhance the profile of the firm and department further. You will be joining a firm where there is a clear career path for you and whee you will be in a position to start managing and growing the team. Experience of managing and mentoring individuals is crucial to this role as is a desire to participate in the strategic growth of a law firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with circa 8 years experience of working within a fast-paced private client team. With a strong track record of advising on the full spectrum of private client law, the chosen Private Client Solicitor will have gained relevant experience within a leading regional practice and will be looking for the step in your career. Alternatively you may have become disillusioned with a laregr practice and be looking to join a leading regional law firm where you can make an impact on the growth and strategy of the firm. You will have gained a solid level of experience handling aspects of wills and probate and will be able to offer a sympathetic ear to clients. You will have experience of networking at relevant events and will also be required to undertake some business development within the Gloucestershire and surrounding market.

Pasquale Agatiello – In – House Senior Legal Consultant

Pasquale is a specialist recruitment professional with many years’ experience working for some of the most reputable global recruitment organisations in the world. Specialising in in-house legal recruitment he has developed influential client relationships with key organisations across the IT, telecommunications, energy, FMCG and financial services sectors.
