What do you need to succeed here as a junior DCM Associate?

• Qualified lawyer with 1-5 PQE post-qualification experience at a highly-rated law firm;
• Experience at a law firm recognised for its Capital Markets practice specifically debts capital market and or exposure to structured finance;
• Excellent technical skills, with a strong grounding in the fundamentals of English securities and contract law and regulation, and an ability to apply those fundamentals practically and commercially;
• Good understanding of and familiarity with standard capital markets and structured finance documentation;
• This role would suit someone who has 1-5 years PQE but our client will consider applicants outside of this level;
• Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
