This premier US and international law firm is seeking to recruit a further Associate to join their top-flight UK Finance & Restructuring team in London. Their high-level practice focusses particularly on major, cross-border Financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on big-ticket Acquisition Finance and Restructuring deals. Applicants will need have strong Finance law experience (ideally gained within another leading London / international practice) with high levels of responsibility and well developed drafting and negotiation skills.
