Your new role
A commercial legal position (maternity cover) reporting into the General Counsel focusing on commercial, corporate and other generalist matters including litigation and intellectual property. This role can also be offered on a part-time basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available. You will be a qualified lawyer with thorough training from a reputable law firm with 3+ PQE (as a guide only). Subsequent in-house experience is welcomed, though it is not essential. You will have excellent technical and contractual ability, the skills to advise the business as a generalist advisor and be accustomed to building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
