Job Details
We are seeking an outsourcing lawyer for our client, a global technology giant. We’re looking for someone who thrives on high level stake holder engagement and responsibility.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT law, a strong grounding in outsourcing and privacy as well as an understanding of the procurement and licensing of IT related goods and services, together with general procurement and commercial experience. You will be an integral part of the team that looks after the contractual relationships that underpin the goods and services that are procured by the business.
You will have 3 - 6 years of post-qualification experience as well as the creativity, flexibility and the ability to determine, manage and mitigate key risks in fast-moving working environment. If you have experience of advising on transactions and projects, we’d like to hear from you.
