Your new role
You will be providing Paralegal support to the Real Estate team. Your main responsibilities will be dealing with wide-ranging commercial and residential property matters involving re-sales, assignment sales, purchases and property re-financing. You will also be assisting the fee earners with their caseloads and providing support from instruction through to post-completion. Additionally undertaking tasks including searches, raising enquiries, preparing statements, assisting with preparation of transactional documents, managing post-exchange work , completion of SDLT returns and registrations, assisting with drafting of transactional documents including contracts, certificates of title, leases and transfers and drafting e.g. Supplemental Agreements, Deeds of Surrender, Licence.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need experience of commercial and residential transactions including (but not essential) corporate support, likely to have been gained in a law firm and/or in-house in an Real Estate environment.
