Media Litigation Associate 2-4 PQE

Lee & Thompson is one of the UK's leading law firms for the media, technology and creative industries.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic litigation lawyer to join our highly regarded dispute resolution team.  You should have 2-4 years private practice experience of IP and commercial litigation preferably (but not necessarily) within the media sector.   There are also opportunities to be involved in publication matters (defamation and privacy), rights clearance, and regulatory compliance and enforcement (including Ofcom Code, data protection, and marketing and advertising).

You will be expected to be confident in running your own cases under supervision and thrive on being an important part of a dynamic and varied dispute resolution practice.  The current position is to cover a twelve-month maternity leave, but, for the right person, there is the potential to become a permanent member of the team.
