Property Solicitor +3 PQE

A top 100 national law firm is looking to recruit a Property Lawyer +3 years PQE to join their commercial property division in Norwich. The firm has achieved impressive growth and success over the years and are now looking to expand their team.

The scope of responsibility within this role includes the following:

• Property Development - acquisition of site, joint venture agreements, development agreements, off the plan contracts, registration of plans and easements
• Commercial Property - leasing, buy and sell contracts, royalty agreement advice
• Residential Conveyancing - supervision/assistance to Paralegal
• Private/Personal Client Services - deceased estate administration, will drafting, powers of attorney
• Site regeneration for both the public and private sectors

Ideally looking for a three to five years practical experience in a Property Lawyer position and have a passion for exceptional client service with the ability to provide commercially astute legal advice.
