Residential Conveyancing Associate
Bristol, First Tier Regional Firm
£Highly Competitive
Your new firm
This first rate South West firm is seeking a solicitor or Legal Executive to join their High Value Residential Conveyancing team based in Bristol. The team supports a wide range of clients both regionally and nationally and pride themselves on their commercial approach and industry and sector knowledge. This is an award-winning firm with a progressive culture who operate in diverse industry sectors and invest heavily in their people.
Your new role
Your role will involve city quality work and training in a premier regional law firm. You will work within an extremely talented, highly motivated team and support the firm across all 5 offices, working collaboratively with colleagues and other parts of the firm, advising clients on all aspects of residential property law and transactions. You will run your own matters in addition to assisting Partners/Associates as part of client service teams on larger matters and transactions. Your role will further involve exposure to lots of direct client contact and involvement in business development activities, as well as actively participating in marketing initiatives.
What you will need to succeed
You will possess a track record of working at a City firm or a highly regarded national or regional practice, with a sound reputation for high value rural and residential property matters. You will also possess experience of dealing with high value residential property work, excellent drafting and communication skills, together with a genuine desire and interest in building client relationships. A background in agriculture would be preferable but not essential, as would a real appetite for learning and developing both your own and others' legal and business skills and knowledge of the rural economy.
What you will get in return
You will benefit from a friendly, supportive and open plan working environment, supported by first class technology and a clear learning & development strategy which offers comprehensive development at every stage of your career. On offer is exposure to high quality work within a leading regional law firm, coupled with a competitive remuneration and leading benefits package.
