Our client is searching for an experienced Litigator with the knowledge and capability to manage a full caseload of Debt Recovery files.
The purpose of this role is to take primary responsibility for defended, complex and contentious debt litigation cases, managing these through the litigation process in accordance with the policy & procedures in place.
You will support the team to process Debt accounts through the standard process, handling customer interactions to maximize cash recoveries and ensure recovery action is appropriate to the customer's circumstances.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong ability to demonstrate significant experience and breadth of knowledge of litigation practices. A paralegal or equivalent qualifications would be considered in addition to this. Ideally you will have an understanding of DCWW debt recovery processes, assistance schemes (social tariffs) and Court Procedures Rules (CPR) specifically relating to the collection of debts through the Civil Courts.
