The Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) team is at the heart of Eversheds’ dispute management capability. The group advises on a broad spectrum of commercial activity internationally across a number of sectors.
Key responsibilities:
· Arranging witness interviews and conducting interviews by telephone. Witnesses may be vulnerable, have suffered abuse, been the subject of harm, may have suffered a bereavement or may have special needs or disabilities
· Preparation of draft witness statements
· Drafting of Allegations
· Preparation of investigation report using standard template, outlining the case, summarising the evidence supporting each allegation and providing recommendation
· Preparation of schedules of evidence relied upon and unused
· Navigation and accurate updating of case management system
· Production of status reports
· Highly proactive and responsive diary management
· Management of emails/correspondence
Skills and experience:
· You will have completed a Law degree or equivalent qualification
· LPC or BVC qualification is essential
· A professional and personable phone manner is essential.

· Able to work in an efficient manner
