We are currently working with a leading international firm currently looking to add a talented, ambitious Arbitration Associate to its highly rated practice in Beijing.
This is a unique opportunity as the firm would be open to candidates without any Mandarin language skills.
The Dispute Resolution team works with both International and Chinese clients on a range of disputes in the energy, construction and trade sectors. In addition, the firm also advises clients on commercial contracts, foreign direct investment and intellectual property rights. The firm regularly works with a range of high-profile international arbitration bodies including CIETAC, UNCITRAL, ICDR and HKAIC.
Applications are welcome from UK qualified candidates who have gained between 2-6 years of arbitration experience at an international firm or highly rated practice. Whilst Mandarin ability would be desirable, it is not an essential requirement for this particular position.
The firm is looking predominantly for high calibre foreign qualified candidates with excellent experience in a top-tier firm looking for a new and exciting challenge where they will be able to work alongside a host of lawyers at the very forefront of this field.
