Founded amidst a difficult economic market where all sectors, including legal were experiencing a period of change; adjustments in the legal services industry were inevitable.  

Recognising the impact this would have on legal jobs, careers in law and people’s futures, we realised there was a need for a legal recruitment business that actually wanted to make a difference.

One that was honest, impartial, modern and reliable; so Interlink Recruitment was formed in 2011.
