The Role:
We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Leisure and Retail team to be based from either our Bristol or London office. Reporting to Julia Lucas, Partner and as part of the 120 strong Real Estate Group you work with the group of people in the Team delivering real estate services to clients operating in the leisure sector. The Group includes a number of nationally rated individuals. Our property expertise embraces investment, portfolio management, finance, planning, construction, environmental, development and dispute resolution.

About You:

- A minimum of 4 years post qualified experience gained within a notable firm with a proven track record in commercial property
- Experience of working with clients operating in the leisure sector would be advantageous
- Strong project management skills are highly beneficial
- High standards of client service essential
- Excellent communication skills - high volume of interaction via the telephone
- Ability to support and lead business development initiatives
The Remit:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor we expect you to deliver the following:
- Deal with disposals and acquisitions of commercial property (freehold and leasehold), by way of individual property or part of a package of properties
- Estate management work e.g grant of leases, tenancies, licences, assignments, under lettings, deeds of variation etc
- Deeds queries, title reviews and property due diligence
- Provide all our clients with a quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
- Maintain and improve relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer.
