JOB TITLE: Employment Partner
PQE: 10+
LOCATION: Staffordshire
SALARY: £80,000 - £120,000
Is your knowledge of both contentious and non contentious employment law second to none? Looking for a position which gives you nothing but responsibility and autonomy? The highly reputed Employment department of this leading law firm is keen to expand on its current offerings through the senior recruitment of an Employment Partner. Upon joining you will be responsible for your own caseload of employment matters on behalf of a variety of clients such as HR, investors, directors and managers.
In order to be considered for the role of Employment Partner you must have the drive and determination to succeed in a role which comes with a high level of responsibility. This role is not for shrinking violets and if you are able to take the bull by the horns and hit the ground running then this is could be the perfect position for you. Ideal Employment Partners will have a minimum of 10 years experience in TUPE, discrimination, equal pay and also redundancies. You will also be well placed to undertake your own advocacy and be able to assist on employment issues which arise from drafting contracts of employment and handbooks.
