Our client is a leading property-led law firm. There is now a rare opening for a junior-level Property Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice in London.
The firm's real estate practice is one of the largest in London and is ranked highly by both Chambers and the Legal 500. Within this, the property litigation team acts in relation to commercial, residential and mixed use schemes and development disputes. They deal with all landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes, and also have experience in rent review, insolvency, real estate disputes and property-related professional negligence claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a supportive team with a thriving practice, and which promises exposure to a broad and interesting range of property litigation.
The successful candidate will be a newly- or recently-qualified solicitor, who has gained solid experience of property litigation over the course of their training contract with a highly regarded large regional, national, or City firm.
For more information, or to apply, please contact Nick Smetana.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
