Employment Law Solicitor, min 6 yrs PQE, required by highly rated Legal 500 law firm based in Buckinghamshire. Candidates will be skilled and offer efficient and effective resolution of contentious and non contentious employment matters including service/employment contracts, severance terms, TUPE transfers, working time regulations, discrimination law, restrictive covenants. The caseload is heavily biased towards non contentious work. There is no Tribunal work.
