PQE REQUIRED: 3-5 Years PQE
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire (Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Marlow, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Slough)
SALARY: Competitive Salary
The Role:
Due to expansion, this leading law firm is looking for a thoroughly commercially-minded Property Solicitor to head up their thriving commercial property department. You will be required to have experience of handling a broad range of commercial property matters and your technical skills must be combined with the demonstrable ability to grasp the bigger picture and identify solutions. As a competent Commercial Property Solicitor, you will deal with all aspects of landlord and tenant work and development transactions, commercial sales and purchases and related work, for local and national, individual and corporate clients.
The Candidate:
Commercial Property Solicitor - A strong technical legal background is a given and this is likely to have been gained with a quality legal practice. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor can look forward to a rewarding and stimulating engagement, involved with decision makers across and outside the business and will be expected to build and manage those relationships. Capable of handling a large workload and taking decisions which deliver the right commercial outcome every time, you will also have the communication skills and personality to influence others. Previous management skills would be advantageous.
