This is a unique opportunity to work with a national heavy weight supporting their ranked clinical risk teams across the country. The positions are offered on a flexible basis with home working and part time hours available.
The role:
You will be handling a challenging case-load of pre-lit and litigated defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of national medical institutions. This role is offered on a flexible basis with the chance to work remotely where practical as well as part time if needed. This is an interim position to help provide support while our client recruits on a permanent basis. With this in mind, there is every chance of this role becoming a permanent position.
The firm has a number of office across the UK. While there is remote working on offer, you will be expected to attend the office for part of the week.
The person:
You will be an expert in defendant clinical negligence with at least 3 years experience or the confidence to hit the ground running with complex work. Alternatively you will have extensive experience as a defendant PI specialist looking for a move into clinical negligence. You may be looking for a part time role or want to work from home for part of the week. You may have recently returned from parental leave or you may simply be trying to achieve a better work/life balance.

The rate:
The pay will depend of circumstances and experience but an hourly rate of £35 to £45 should act as a sensible guide. However, please do not let the rate guide your decision, we have a number of roles like this paying different levels of hourly and daily rate.
