JOB TITLE:Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED:2-6 Years PQE
LOCATION: Devon (Commutable from: Tavistock, Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Totnes)

THE ROLE:
Initially joining on a 1 year fixed term contract, this unique opportunity could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful property solicitor will experience a wide range of property matters from secured lending, property insolvency, landlord and tenant and portfolio management instructions for national clients and corporate occupiers to asset management work for investors. Working alongside talented leaders in their field you will gain invaluable experience and support. You will be exposed to top quality work from the start.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have had exposure to quality real estate work ideally from a large regional or city firm. With excellent drafting skills and a commercial pragmatic outlook, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with both client and colleagues alike.
