JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Dependant on experience
This ever growing regional practice is looking to expand their clinical negligence offerings through the recruitment of a target driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor to cover a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters. Running your own caseload of clinical negligence matters you will be responsible for dealing with birth defects, accident and emergency, cancer, death and inquests, children, general medicine and dental treatment. You will be expected to assist more senior members and develop your own caseload of files clinical negligence with values up to a quarter of a million pounds. The role will include planning cases, dealing with post issue, post settlement and file closure procedures, reviewing medical records as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
To be successful for this Clinical Negligence role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in handling a variety of claimant clinical negligence matters. Suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitors will be providing clients with a high quality service and must be able to advise on issues relating to complaints in regards to inquests, medical treatment and also applications for medical records. You must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and be able to achieve the firm's and team's targets.
