JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor to Partner Designate
PQE: 5yr+
LOCATION: Lincolnshire
SALARY: £Excellent
THE ROLE:
Private Client Solicitor - My client is looking to expand their private client team but this position is not the standard wills and probate role! I have a rare opportunity for a private client role with an agricultural sector slant on it! This position will require you to have a sound understanding of agricultural markets including an understating of the tax system- covering capital gains tax, inheritance tax and most importantly - agricultural tax and business structures. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage their own case load, hit and exceed KPI's, supervise and motivate less experienced members of staff and to also promote the marketing and business initiatives for the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have at least 5 years experience of dealing with private client law and demonstrable knowledge of the agricultural sector. This role can be adjusted to suit your needs and requirements and therefore can cover those who are 5 years PQE, right up to partner level.
THE FIRM:
This firm has showed continuous growth and development in the legal sector and shows no signs of slowing down! You will be joining a highly regarded firm which can provide you with excellent training, progression opportunities and the chance to work with strong, good quality private client work.
