JOB TITLE: Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ Years PQE
LOCATION: Essex (Commutable from: Suffolk, Hertfordshire, London, Cambridgeshire)
SALARY: Market Rate
THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property/Real Estate solicitor to join a leading real estate team. They have expertise in advising on commercial property/real estate, finance, planning, property litigation, development, telecommunications and construction. Your role will touch on a wide variety of quality commercial property/real estate work to include, freehold property acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, grant, acquisition and disposal of commercial leases.
THE CANDIDATE:
With a minimum of 2 years experience of commercial property/real estate matters, you will offer commitment to excellence with regards to client service, excellent commercial and legal acumen and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Demonstrable experience in this area of law is essential.
