Pure Search is currently representing an a leading global telecommunications organisation, which due to reorganisation, is seeking an experienced compliance manager to update, modernise and implement new process controls for the back office functions.
Key Skills and Responsibilities include:
- To understand the legal and regulatory framework which applies to the organisation and to use this knowledge to monitor day to day compliance and effectiveness of business policies and processes which aim to secure the organisation's compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct;
- To conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed;
- To maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes
- Excellent technology skills
Prior experience of project management, risk management and internal audit is desirable.
