JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor/ Lawyer/ Fee Earner
PQE: 12 months+
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: £18-45k
THE ROLE:
The role on offer is based within a growing and fast paced team of Clinical Negligence Solicitors. You will be required to handle a mixed caseload of claimant matters covering; dental, surgical, cancer misdiagnosis, cosmetic surgery and childbirth claims. Depending on your level of experience you may be required to handle a wide spectrum of very complex and high value multi-million pound cases.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/ Lawyer/ Fee Earner and have at least 12 months experience, having worked already for a firm who handles high quality medical negligence work. It is imperative that you enjoy working within a specialist team and have sound training with regards to risk assessments and screening medical cases.
