JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE: 1-5 years pqe

THE ROLE:
Construction Solicitor - A large, international law firm are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their team in Sheffield. Chambers recommended, this flourishing practice offers a full service to a mixture of private and public sector clients. Joining the existing Construction team, you will offer tailored advice on a full caseload consisting of a variety of construction projects. As the successful Construction Solicitor your responsibilities will include advising UK and international developers, local authorities and contractors on a wide range of matters including development transactions, building contracts and development agreements. In addition you will be expected to provide support on PFI and PPP projects as well as play an active role in business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
Construction Solicitor - Due to the continued growth of the Construction department, the firm are looking for Construction solicitors with up to around 5 years pqe who can bring a wealth of construction experience to the table, ideally with some knowledge of undertaking energy work. With a strong academic background, you will have gained your experience with a leading city or national law firm. Highly motivated, you should show willingness to be involved with marketing and show the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
