Costs Drafter/Draftsperson - with an analytical and logical approach the successful Costs Drafter/Draftsperson will be reliable, a good planner and self reliant. Preparing repare bills of costs complying with all relevant Court rules, practice and directions, dealing with files after judgement or settlement through to the point where costs due to the Firm are paid including completing necessary Court and Legal Aid forms and where appropriate attending on detailed assessments, will form part of the role - please note this excludes enforcement actions on unpaid order costs. You must be adept in Microsoft Office and detailed and precise in your approach.
