JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 1-3 years PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Attractive
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the head of department, as the successful Commercial Property Solicitor your role will include advising on all aspects of commercial property law including freehold sales and purchases, leases and lease renewals, secured lending, licenses and corporate support. You will be working on behalf of a range of clients including large national clients and small local businesses. The desire to business develop is also key for this role. You must be able to come in and hit the ground running as well as manage your own caseload of files, make applications to Land Registry and deal with the financial aspects of property transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from candidates with circa 1-3 years PQE. Commercial Property Solicitors must have a proven background of dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters along with some experience of land law and conveyancing work. The successful candidate will be able to boost excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the capability to work effectively within a team and a strong academic background.
