A rare and fantastic opportunity to provide a professional Executive Assistant service to the Managing Partner of a high profile, Legal 500 Law firm in Cardiff. You will be tasked with delivering highly effective, efficient, professional and pro-active support to a pivotal board level individual.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Researching, preparing and collating information for time critical reports for use by the Managing Partner and Board of Management.
- Prioritising and managing multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the Managing Partner is briefed on all meetings, collating relevant papers and materials, maintaining a brought forward system for all.
- Handling the Managing Partner's competing priorities and make decisions in his absence on those issues that can be resolved.
We are looking for a highly credible representative for the Managing Director with all key clients and staff within the firm. It is essential that you demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.
Desirable experience includes:
- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a PA or Executive Assistant at Board level
- Business or Economics Graduate or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient at using IT systems with good working knowledge of Word and Outlook and extensive experience of Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
