We have been instructed on an exciting new position for an employment associate to join a highly-rated boutique employment practice in London.
The partners at this firm are noted in all the legal directories as highly talented and market leading practitioners. They are extremely personable and are looking for a lawyer with ambition to propel their career by making a substantial contribution to the on-going success of the firm.
This is a exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial mid to senior level employment lawyer to be part of a small team of decision makers, where they will have a direct influence on the strategic development of the firm.
The firm advise both employees and employers on all contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. In respect of the former, they advise on all issues of pay and bonus disputes, discrimination, maternity and paternity rights, redundancy and unfair dismissal claims. In respect of employers they advise on all issues from drafting employment contracts and handbooks to advising on TUPE matters and offering early stage advice on how to avoid litigation. Where necessary, they also litigate in the High Court and at Employment Tribunals.
The successful candidate will a mid to senior level associate (or Partner), who has solid high court experience and the personality to be a good fit to join with their dynamic and collegiate team.
